Permanent Establishments & BEPS

Permanent Establishments & BEPS
Our 2019 Beyond Borders: Redefining International Taxation conference has been launched and we’d like to start introducing you to some of the issues to be discussed, as well as the international tax experts who will share their thoughts with you in Barcelona.

Our first panel will be in charge of tackling the definition proposed by BEPS for permanent establishments and profit attribution.

As you all know, the OECD introduced a series of recommendations on how jurisdictions should be defining permanent establishments operating within their territories as part of BEPS Action 7.

This specific panel will take a closer look at this suggested definition of permanent establishments and its impact on the cross-border activities of financial service providers, asset managers and more.

And don’t forget to grab your early bird ticket before it’s too late!
