The Taxation & Regulation of International Trusts: A Webinar

The Taxation & Regulation of International Trusts: A Webinar

We’re excited to announce our next webinar, which will tackle the taxation and regulation of international trusts in Europe, the United States and beyond.

Join us on Thursday, April 11th at 14:00 London GMT for a live event in which our US and Dubai-based experts will answer your questions on the creation, regulation and taxation of trusts, the powers and duties of trustees, mechanisms of control, and the special uses of trusts throughout the globe.

Special attention will be given to regulatory and tax issues related to the US, particularly when it comes to a non-US person establishing a US trust or a US person setting up a foreign trust.

Book your seat today before it’s too late!

We’re Waiting for Your International Trust Questions

Some of the questions to be tackled by our panelists include:

  • What’s currently trending in your region when it comes to trusts as asset protection strategies?
  • What tax-related considerations should a non-US person keep in mind when establishing a US trust?
  • What tax-related considerations should a US person have when setting up a foreign trust?
  • How has this increased push for greater financial transparency affected international trusts?
  • And plenty more!

Do you have any challenging questions to add to the mix?
