Taxation and Regulatory Issues Involving International Trusts

Find out the latest trends in the taxation and regulation of international trusts in Europe and beyond.

On Thursday, April 11th at 14:00 London GMT, we hosted a webinar on what’s trending when it comes to the taxation and regulation of international trusts in the UAE, the United States and beyond.

Taxation Regulation of Int Trusts

In this webinar, our US and Dubai-based experts looked at many of the issues involving the creation, regulation and taxation of trusts, the powers and duties of trustees, mechanisms of control, and the special uses of trusts throughout these regions.

Particular attention was paid to tax issues from a US perspective, that is, if a non-US person establishes a US trust or a US person establishes a foreign trust.
