About Valentin

Valentin Savov is a Bulgarian attorney with more than 10 years of legal experience gained in leading law firms in Sofia, Tokyo and Amsterdam. Valentin has a master degree in law from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria and LL.M. in international tax law from the Leiden University, the Netherlands. He specialises in tax law and customs duties, corporate, M&A. Valentin provides legal advice and services in VAT matters, international taxation and tax treaties, corporate and individual taxation as well as tax litigation.

Since 2014 Valentin is a chair of the Bulgarian branch of the International Fiscal Association, the Netherlands. Since 2008, Valentin is also an external expert to the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency in the field of transfer pricing and tax treaties. Valentin Savov participated in several projects for development of the Bulgarian tax legislation, e.g. supplying opinions, positions and statements to the Bulgarian parliament and respective ministries. Valentin is also a frequent speaker in seminars.
