Laszlo Kiss is the founder, owner and managing director of Discus Holdings Ltd., which was one of the official exclusive agents appointed by the Economics Committee of the Hungarian Parliament in 2013 to handle applications for the Hungarian Residency Bond Program.

He has been a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) since 1994 and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2006, and works as the Treasurer of the Hungarian STEP Branch.
